I wouldn't: The skin in that area is very sensitive (by design) and the chemicals in the gel would likely cause a chemical burn. That said, you will do what you wish, but don't say you weren't warned.

No: But the irritation caused by the material may trigger transient swelling &amp; redness. That tissue readily absorbs some of the material in its superficial layer that can actually give you a chemical burn. I would avoid it. There are no such creams or ointments that will "grow" your penis. If you want more a urologist can do surgery and build a bigger one.

Not really: The best treatment for cough in a 3 mo is: exclusion of all irritants from their environment, moist air in the form of a humidifier or vaporizer, and nasal saline nose wash. Vapor rub is an air pollutant and I never recommend it before school age.

See your doc: If you feel you have insects in your body that cause a rash or itchiness, you need to figure where this is coming from before you treat it. It needs to be captured and identified. Sometimes drugs will do this. All the best.

But why?: Interesting question.  According to poison control, no. But the ingredients are camphor and menthol both of which have been used in cooking for centuries.  It appears that doses of 50 mg camphor are safe ( way more than would be fond in cooking) 2000 mg will likely produce serious symptoms and 4000 mg is possibly fatal. I don't really see any benefit to eating vicks.

I don't advise it: This product is marketed with the idea that stinky medicine smell is therapeutic. It replicates the aroma  therapy indian tribes uses in sweat lodges with pine pitch. I don't recommend it for kids under 2 as the smell often aggravates congestion.
