Tear also: you have blood on toilet paper and have concerns for a hemorrhoid.  It could also be an anal tear or abrasion.  This happens from wiping too hard.  It is very common.   Your doctor will look at your anus and do an exam.  If it is a hemorrhoid you will need to alter your diet and add fiber.  If it is a tear you can benefit be using a wipe.

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids are not related to any std and are not a sign of std's.

: No risk at all. You will never get ill from exposure to your own fecal bacteria. With rare exceptions, bacteria IN you are safe ON you.

You might try: a very "simple' three week test..

Yes: If u have large hemorrhoids they can cause blood stains on ur underwear. C u doctor and have a rectal exam to rule out anything else serious.

Yes: But this is not normal and needs to be looked at.  Depending on what the problem is, there are treatments available.
