Hemorrhoids: The question here is what actually bothers you? Underwear cannot cause internal hemorrhoids to prolapse, but it can irritate perianal skin. Accumulating of moisture in the anal and vaginal areas due to normal activites and rubbing of skin together can be very irritating and lead to fungal skin infections. This is not a hemorrhoid issue but one of hygiene.
