Unlikely : Only a chromosome test can fully diagnose Kleinfelters, but the adolescent males in my practice have all had small, soft testes with good body hair and penile size. Body shape is often familial.

Most likely: My understanding is that the procedure involves releasing the tissue causing the problem, it should not affect the penis ability to respond to testosterone but i would ask the urologist if procedure can wait until he is done with puberty.

If you are concerned that you may have a micropenis or hypogonadism, see your doctor for evaluation &amp; referral to a pediatric endocrinologist if you're &lt; 18 or an adult endocrinologist if you're 18 or &gt; for evaluation for genetic &amp; other medical causes.
