It sounds like you had unprotected sex with a prostitute and then had some symptoms consistent with primary HIV infection (these overlap with  many other viral illnesses, as you know.) The key is when did you have the negative test: if it was a 4th generation HIV test (that includes antigen testing) 4 weeks+ after this exposure, you are not infected.  NEVER REPEAT THIS!!

Wimpy virus: It is important to remember that viruses like hepc, HIV and others are strings of proteins that are connected by very weak bonds.  They require many things to stay active and need living cells to reproduce and survive.  Unless there was gross blood, mucous or some other organic substance from her body on that door and it got into your penis, the odds are very unlikely.

Not a chance, Roy!: Urine doesn't transmit HIV and your cut is sealed by fibrin so even if if it was semen, it is not going to get into your blood. Urine is usually osmotically strong and I think this is why it does not seem to have viable HIV. Please try to stop worrying about trivial contact making you sick. You do not deserve this misery

: Such exposures are no risk at all. Nobody has ever been known to catch HIV by contact with blood or body fluids in the environment. No unsafe sex and no needle sharing means you will never be at risk for HIV.
