Probiotics: Most people don't need probiotics after taking a course of antibiotics, since the normal bacterial flora of the gut repopulates rapidly after stopping antibiotics. If you have a history of C. difficile, it may be useful to take probiotics, however. Otherwise, studies do not support their routine use. If so, you might try cutting these out and see how things go.  You may be significantly lactose intolerant or  have gluten sensitivity.  I suggest you see your physician for evaluation.
