First get preg test: Many reasons, it could be your thyroid gland, you can check it with simple blood work, also can be a condition called poly cystic ovarian syndrome (pcos)  is easy to get diagnosed from your history, labs and ultrasound . Also make sure you don't have any eating disorders such as bulimia, also extensive exercise can leads to delayed periods. Very important to make sure you are not pregnant by pt.

Possible Testosteron: You may have symptoms of androgen (male hormone) excess.
These may cause acne, and alopecia.
Check MD for testosterone levels, if not on the pill which reduces it, and be checked for the many causes, often PCOS or an drenal source.

Real Rx: If topical benzoyl peroxide and/or topical retinoic acid have not started working well in two weeks, get with your physician. A woman your age should not be having hair loss and you deserve a thyroid check and an evaluation for telogen effluvium. Ignore all "pop" and "home" remedies; any "natural" remedies are adjuncts only.

Depends on diagnosis: It could be seborrheic dermatities, in which case a sulfur type shampoo used regularly to all hairy areas may help; it may also be a form of acne, in which case low fat diet, and a tetracylcine antibiotic may help. In winter, skin gets very dry and this may be a type of exzema or dry skin condition--moisurizer (no added chemicals). Hair loss too...Dermatologist.

See dermatologist: difficult to say until evaluated by dermatologist. Sometimes there is residual scarring with perm hair loss, but need doc to visualize to be sure.

Pimples: It may be fungal in origin. I would try a combination of a steroid and an anti fungal such as Lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone). If this does not help I would see a dermatologist

HCLF Vegan: The HCLF Vegan or fruitarian diet is a very extreme diet.  I worry about you having an eating disorder and you may be missing important dietary nutriments.  I am worried you are becoming malnourished.  You need to stop that diet and see your doctor right away.  You need a good medical workup including blood work and possibly X-rays.

Possible hormonal: many of the symptoms you describe can be attributed to thyroid deficiency. Please see an endocrinologist for advice.
