Real Rx: If topical benzoyl peroxide and/or topical retinoic acid have not started working well in two weeks, get with your physician. A woman your age should not be having hair loss and you deserve a thyroid check and an evaluation for telogen effluvium. Ignore all "pop" and "home" remedies; any "natural" remedies are adjuncts only.

Pimples: The pimples are probably acne and you are best treated by a doctor, preferably a dermatologist if you have a number of pimples. The dermatologist can help you with various medications and treatments, as acne requires persistant good care to keep it under control.
