Screening your urine for bilirubin will pick up only conjugated hyperbilirubinemia that would be apparent from your eyes being a bit yellow in the sunlight. Screens for urobilinogen normally run +1; crooked "liver tests" encourage people to worry about this. If you feel well, and this isn't something recommended by your physician, stop troubling yourself with this.

It appears that your SGPT is slightly elevated and a common cause is intake of alcohol. If you take alcohol, stop entirely, and re do the test in three months. Serious Trauma: To get a liver laceration grade 2, you had to have had serious trauma.  The liver is just one thing that doctors look at when patients have trauma of that magnitude.  The doctors will let you know when it is safe you go home.

24 days ago i broke 4 ribs (right side)  with pneumothorax (right side) and a grade 3 liver laceration. i'm home now but i have a cough now, why?

Atelectasis: You say you have to cough?  Do you mean your doctors told you to cough or you have the sensation on needing to cough.  After surgery or trauma, particularly pneumothorax (air in the lungs, most likely from the ribs puncturing the rib cage or the lungs itself) the lung collapses and needs to be re-expanded.  Deep breathing and coughing helps do that to prevent a condition called atelectasis.
