: There are several types of drugs that could be called muscle relaxers and most can cause low blood pressure but 75/44 is very low and whatever the cause you belong in an Emergency 'Room.  If your pressure is currently  that low, don't drive, call an ambulance or have someone  take you to the ER.

See below: This could be from muscle spasms of the intercostal muscles although difficult to tell without examination.  You may need an ultrasound to get a better idea.

I'm : I'm sorry to hear you're having headaches!  your question mentions some treatments, but doesn't outline who has made the diagnosis (i.e. Have you seen a neurologist or neurosurgeon).  You mentioned a mri, but was this a MRI of your brain looking for other reasons for a headache, or an MRI of the area of the dural puncture to see if there is a possible continuing leak (i.e. Which could be due to a fistula, for example).  I would recommend seeing a neurologist or neurosurgeon and getting appropriate testing done (possibly a "mr myelograph" for example).  Good luck.

Magnesium: With certain health problems, e.g. severe kidney disease, magnesium balance can be important to monitor and treat. Also, certain rare and serious problems in pregnancy require IV magnesium treatment. But there is absolutely no proved health need for magnesium supplements. They probably aren't harmful in the doses some reccommend, e.g. health food stores, vitamin producers. No help but no harm.

Yes but...: Yes but nothing is perfect. We always have to weigh risk vs benefit. If we are aggressive with anticoagulant  you are unlikely to have clots. If too aggressive you could bleed. So the proper dosing with close monitoring  is required.
