Peanut and tree nuts: Since they are usually processed in the same facility or plant, tree nuts can be contaminated with peanut.

Back pain: There is no tie between a nut allergy and back pain. Not sure why you would put the two together.

Read label: Cheetos does have a honey nut or perhaps other combination with nuts.  If you have eaten one with nuts then an allergic reaction may be expected. If the label stated that it was made in a factory which uses nuts, then you must consider a contamination issue. Otherwise there is no relationship between purely Cheeto and nuts.

Not always: Not necessarily. However, until you are tested for specific nut, i would avoid them all.

Not really: Take the Benadryl (diphenhydramine) but you need to Get off the 'net and GO TO A HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Typical Allergy Sy: Tree nut allergy can present with runny nose, itchy nose and eyes, itchy skin, lip/tongue or throat swelling, hives, wheezing, asthma symptoms, belly pain, nausea, vomiting, passing out and rarely death.

can allergies cause throat tightness and if so what treatments would you recommend. i had a blood test done and have a high reaction to trees?

See allergist: I think you need to see an allergist to find out the cause of your throat tightness and the appropriate treatment required.  Certainly allergy can cause throat swelling (which can be life-threatening) but it is impossible to tell if that's your problem.  It is however unlikely that your allergy to tree pollen is causing the throat swelling even if it does exist.

i went to the doctor to see if i am allergic to almonds , he mentioned the 3 most common tree nut allergies & i can't remember what he said.

Tree nuts: Tree nuts include, but are not limited to, walnut, almond, hazelnut, cashew, pistachio and brazil nuts.

Yes: The guidelines that are published for evaluation and treatment of food allergies do not recommend testing without a prior reaction/symptoms after eating.  If you have never had any problems with a specific food, avoiding them proactively would be unneccessary.  I do admire your desire to be proactive though.

could one develop a peanut, egg, wheat allergy as an adult as well? never allergic before. or common allergies such as cit fruit, wheat, nuts? tests?

Possible: It is possible to become allergic to certain foods at an older age.
