Specific testing: While an ige of 914 is extremely high, it does not give specific information as to what substances the baby may be allergic to.  If the skin problem is eczema, then one would want to know what specific foods the baby is allergic to.  Once that info is obtained the food or foods can be eliminated from the diet to see if the skin rash clears up.  Once the skin is better the foods can be added back.

This may be increasing histamine and itching (possible mechanism). Continue the D. You might considr increasing the D too.
