i have a small mole (2mm) for about a year. have dr appointment in 3 weeks. i think the color may have changed but it only looks that way in certain light. should i try to get appointments sooner? mole is pretty symmetrical and has not grown at all

Keep appointment: What you described does not appear to be an urgent matter. Keep your scheduled appointment.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

can certain phone and computer/tablet screens make you deposit more fat on your body? my body fat % went up and i have more fat in chest & stomach.

Computer screens: can interfere w/sleep and keep us from moving and exercising because we are watching them.  Your situation may be one created by lifestyle more than by the screen itself.  Peace and good health.

when my hand is holding my phone an moved in a certain way my pinky an ring finger starts shaking why is this?

Possibly ulnar nerve: The ulnar nerve is one of three major nerves that provide feeling and function to the hand. The ulnar nerve runs down the inside of the forearm to the heel of the hand. When you bend your elbow  continually as using phone, ulnar nerve stretches around the boney ridge of the medial epicondyle.At elbow. The irritation of the nerve can cause symptoms, usually numbness, tingling, or pain.

at certain positions through part of the range of motion my thumb will twitch while slowly scrolling phone scree but not at rest, neurological or norm?

Twitch: Muscles can twitch when kept in an awkward or unusual position even in the absence of neurological abnormalities. If you observe no other neuromuscular symptoms,I wouldn't worry about this.

when my thumb is bent in a certain position it shakes uncontrollably.  the shaking is at its worse when i am typing on my phone with my thumbs.  there is no pain and no shaking at rest. my father has parkinsons. thoughts?

: This could be due to several different things but most likely is possibly that you have trigger finger. This would be more likely if you complained of a locking and catching sensation at times when bending as well. I would have your primary care examine your thumb and the rest of you to evaluate further.

Doctor can examine: Most people have a headache at some time, such as from colds and flus, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Several over-the-counter options include Tylenol, Motrin, Aleve, Excedrin, or their generic brands. A "severe" headache (as in this case), recurrent or weird headache, or one with other worrisome symptoms should be examined by a doctor.

County medical societies (or other local medical societies), hospitals, and insurance companies usually list doctors by name, group, insurance plans, and location. Look under Obstetrics or Obstetrics-Gynecology.

why did i have to pay for my prescribed medication when i paid for the consultation?

Usually not combined: In the US, buying a medication is almost always separate from paying for a medical consultation (US laws maintain the separation). The thought is that by separating the prescriber of medication from the seller of medication, there will be no conflict of interest, no incentive for doctors to "overprescribe." Other countries may work differently.
