Flu: If you have confirmed Flu and are within 2-3 days of starting symptoms you should get a prescription from your MD for Tamiflu.
If not this then depending on your med tolerance and other health issues,Delsin or Robitussin CF or DM for cough; Aleve,Advil or Tylenol for fever/body aches. Cold drinks when fevers. Chicken soup best homemade. SeeMD if short of breath or not getting better. Rest/sleep.
