By definition one is unaware that her/his beliefs may be false. If one cannot trust her/his beliefs then learn to rely on feedback from someone who can be trusted. A strong trusting relationship with family, friends, md, therapist, or therapy group can help one recognize delusions.

You can ask hard questions about medication(s) and side effects, w/drawal issues, interactions, etc. And you can seek alternatives, but let them prescribe.
