As for house spiders, they shouldn't cause much issues unless the bite gets infected or unless your common house spider turns out to be a hobo spider which can give a bite similar to a recluse.

Sure it's a bite?: An infection with methicillin resistant staph aureus (MRSA) can also look like a spider bite. We call this type of skin infection "spider bite syndrome".  I think you should go see your doctor.

Not likely: It is hilly doubtful you saw both of these spiders, but not impossible. They can inflict quite a bite, usually not deadly, but with serious consequences that require medical intervention. If you think you have them in the house, have a professional exterminator deal with the problem.
