See eye doc now: One thing is concern is a detached retina especially common among people who are  highly myopic. This is an emergency and you need to call your eye doctor ASAP.

: You mean a fish got in your eye somehow? Unless it ruptured your globe or caused a laceration artificial tears should be sufficient.

Variable: All ms pts are different, and the course of the illness varies.  You do not indicate whether you are taking disease modifying medication, and would wonder if your meds are controlling the problems.  However, you may have transitioned to a secondary progressive phase which would explain absence of relapses.  Seek out an ms specialist and devise an approach for the future.  Best of luck.

something that feels like it's crawling on the body makes the hair feel different texture and is attacking my eyes really bad feels like there's something in there i feel it on my body sometimes i've been dealing with this for 6 months?

: Could be a variety of things. Lice, mites, ticks or even no see ums can cause crawling sensations, itchiness, and irritated eyelash roots. Best course of action would be to see a Dr in person who can inspect the various areas and identify a cause. That same Dr can also prescribe the appropriate course of treatment with prescription medication.

Lyme disease: There are many things that can cause issues in the bones, joints, and eyes (Lyme, Babesiosis, Sarcoidosis). What particular issue do you have in your bones?

Dilated: During an anxiety attack, adrenaline is released and can cause dilation of the pupils which makes you look "wide eyed".

Very sensitive eyes!: It sounds as if your eyes are very sensitive, I suspect you are fair skinned and light eyed.  A good eye exam by an optometrist or ophthalmologist would be helpful in ruling out any eye disorders that could be causing this.  If the panic attacks continue, therapy could help.

Aspiration: Even small quantities of fluid or food can cause the airway to become inflamed, infected or reactive. If you are still symptomatic I would suggest a Pulmonary evaluation, including PFTs and a Chest radiograph.  Weight loss may or may not be related.

Not sure "wide open": Some of the drugs used to treat heart attacks (myocardial infarction) can cause the pupils to dilate.

No and no: Lyme is spread to humans by tick bites.
