Depends: There are a lot of qualitative terms in your question. 

Anal fissures normall cause bleeding that you see on the toilet paper or toilet bowl. A small drop of blood in a large bowl of water can seem like a lot of blood. 

Depends on how you are rating what a lot of blood is, when and where you are seeing it and other symptoms.  

Blood clots are not typical for a fissure, but possible.

Bleeding: Researchers at Georgetown University Medical did a study that showed that the alcohol decreased the clumping together of platelets, cells that are essential to blood clotting.  Although not specifically tested for, this gives rise to a possible/ theoretical increase in fissue bleeding.  Further study would be needed to know for sure.

Either way...: CONSTANTLY no pain and bleeding is impossible and being intermittent is the rule to reflect the degree of stretching &amp; tearing by the well-formed stool, degree of inflammation/infection with possible fistula, personal healing ability, etc. So, the symptoms may go either way with fluctuating intermittency.

how to know if my anal fissures are healed? i don't have pain nor bleeding, should i rest my mind and stop worrying?

I would: and keep your stools soft with colace (docusate sodium) so you don't have to strain when having bowel movement. Stop worrying. It sounds healed.

Even: Ulcerative proctitis can cause intermittent symptoms. If you are comfortable with the diagnoses of fissures and hemorrhoids, you should continue to take your medication as prescribed. If not, you may want another GI's perspective.

how do i treat bleeding and pain caused by anal fissures? my stools are softer but i have to work too hard to pass them. theres a lot of blood too

Colorectal surgeon: I would see a colorectal surgeon. You may also need a colonoscopy. Sometimes a fissure will respond to Nitroglycerin based topical creams, sometimes an operation is required. It will all work out though, an you should be fine.

Conservative and: Surgical options: Both are initially treated conservatively with high fiber diet and drinking plenty of water daily. At some point if conservative therapy fails, surgery can help both conditions. See you doctor.

Unless you are: Incredibly physically flexible - then you may need to wait to find out. Sometimes, one must also look deepr then external tissue to find the cause of bleeding.

Constipation: It is possible your anal fissures are caused by constipation.  Therefore treatment should be focused on relieving constipation - you can do this by increasing the amount of water and fiber in your diet.  Medicines such as senna, docusate and milf of magnesia help relieve constipation.
