Usually no reason: Twin pregnancies can be breech because of limited room in the uterus.  Some babies may have a larger head than usual that does not fit easily in the mother's pelvis.  Sometimes certain abnormalities of mother's pelvis or uterus may force baby to assume a breech position.  Most cases there is no obvious reason.

Maybe,maybe not: The babies head is the largest structure to pass through the birth canal. You don't want to be "stuck" with the babies body out & the umbilical cord pinched off by a big head that won't deliver.A small baby can deliver breach through a average sized or larger pelvis.Breach babies can turn vertex late in pregnancy.

Hip Development: The big issue with breech babies is they can at higher risk for developmental dysplasia of the hip. (ddh) your pediatrician will just need to do a hip exam at well child follow ups to screen.  Because female infants with a positive family history of ddh and females born in breech presentation have the highest risks of ddh, imaging with an ultrasound or radiography is recommended for these infants.

With difficulty: Sometimes an obstetrician will try a "version" maneuver in early labor, but this is risky. If the baby has descended partly into the birth canal it is unlikely to change position. The maneuver also has some risk of causing part of the placenta to separate.  This would often only be attempted as a last event, before taking mom to the OR for a c-section.

Depends: If the baby is close to near term gestation, it may be hard for the baby to turn around before delivery. In this case, a vertex, or head-first delivery can happen in three ways - the baby turns by itself, the OB performs a manual procedure called a version to turn the baby around to deliver vertex, and delivery by C- section. If the baby is preterm, the OB can wait to see if it will turn by itself

Best to deliver C/S: Nowadays it is safer to deliver by Cesarean Section as infant's head may take time to deliver and the brain may be deprived of Oxygen. Most OB drs would deliver by C/S unless baby's legs already out.

Likely to turn: You are still early and it is likely the baby will turn. If not OBs have plenty of experience either trying to turn or dealing with the breech.
