Usually does: I have never had one that did not.Sounds like you need some couch time with a therapist. I expect that behavior from a little kid, but it must mess up your life if you are struggling with it now.

Yes: Sometimes it takes more than the typical 20-24 units of Botox to stop the muscles from moving.  A little booster shot can help achieve that.  A touch up treatment is usually down about 2 weeks after the initial treatment.

You may not need these booster shots.   It depends on your muscle activity, the actual amount of BoTox injected and your expectations. What you get may not be what you've received / expected before. There are few "deals" that are lasting results.

YES!: Rabies is a fatal disease. 
Even if you have been previously immunized, any time you are bitten with an animal that is suspect; i.e. develops rabies after monitoring, or is unable to be isolated for observation; you will need two further injections on day 0 and day 3.

: A rabies exposure occurs when the saliva from a rabid animal gets into an open wound on the skin of a human. This is primarily through bites. Rabies is very sensitive to air and will die almost immediately upon contact with air. Therefore, having any rabid animal just scratch you cannot transmit rabies unless they then also licked or bit you.

Measles: vaccination requires 2 shots, 1 initial vaccine and 1 booster at least 28 days later. The routine vaccine schedule is 1 vaccine at 12 months of age and 1 booster at 4-6 years of age. For anyone older than 4-6 years old who has never had a vaccine or only had 1, the schedule would be as I mentioned above.

Placement: Shots are given in the upper arm because it is a convenient place where there is a big muscle in which to inject. Shots do not scar, but a vaccination can. The reason that the upper arm was chosen was not only because of the placement of the muscle but that it is a convenient site and could be a standard site when searching to see if a person has been vaccinated.

: The antibody titer is expected to peak at about 2 weeks after the last booster dose.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
