: See your GYN physician for an exam, as cervical inflammation with sexual activity can cause light spotting, and orgasm will stimulate  vaginal contractions , causing even light bleeding to be externally visible.

Yes and yes: Birth control pills as well as Ibuprofen can cause elevations. 20 points in the realm of liver enzymes is not a huge elevation , but u need to have them monitored and know hat there are viruses and other things that can do this.

: Yes but not as likely as ones with estrogens.  Go to drugs.com and read about the side effects of any one u use.   If you have not tried DASH eating plan for HBP ask about it.  Works better than. any single BP med. Should always be tried before meds but rarely recommended. Only way to tell if progestin affects bp is to try it. Measure BP daily. Before and after.

Not routine tests: Usual blood tests do not analyze for hormones in birth control pills and would not be affected by the pills.

HCG: If you had sex since your last period, you may do a home pregnancy test with first morning urine. Alternatively you could get a blood test for HCG.
Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about 2-3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Pill side effect: When you switched birth control pills, it is possible that you had what is known as "breakthrough bleeding." that is, some bleeding at a time other than when you usually have your period. This is a common side effect of the pill, and is not dangerous. If it continues and is bothersome, you can make another appointment with your doctor.

how long after discontinuing  combination oral birth control pills does your risk for bloods go down to the normal populations?

Unclear exactly : While the exact time frame is unclear, it can take 2-3 months for hormonal levels to normalize after stopping birth control meds. It is the increase of circulating hormones from birth control meds that can cause an increase in clotting factors, thus leading to clots. I would consider a patient to still be at risk if periods have not resumed.
