Yes: The classic example is minocycline, which can cause vertigo in about 8 -10% of patients taking it.  It is related in part to the serum levels which penetrate into the vestibular apparatus.  Taking lower doses four times a day rather than a high dose twice a day seems to minimize this.  Long term treatment or high doses of aminoglycosides can produce permanent damage.  There are others.

Get an evaluation.: Dizziness can be positional in such a case, and it is treatable.  However vertigo has many causes that need further examination to recommend treatment.

i hit back of head on nye. on 5th i drove 700km - felt dizzy that day after a few hours driving. stayed awake on boat for much of last night (work) and went walking. felt fine. dizzy now again. head bump no longer sensitive. ok to drive home on 12th?

Dizziness: Obviously it's unsafe to operate a motor vehicle or any machinery while dizzy or unsteady if symptoms recur. Posttraumatic syndrome after your type of head injury,even without loss of consciousness or skull fracture, is not uncommon and can last days to weeks. If symptoms continue you are advised to be evaluated by a neurologist. It would be more reassuring if you had no dizziness for 48 hours

Could be: With the lack of hearing loss and only symptomatic on walking or standing, make me believe that is due to a sensory ataxia or due to something like migraine. Check with your doctor.

: Getting off or maximally reduce the screen time first and if symptoms improve, have your eyes checked. If symptoms do not improve then see your family doctor.

: Your symptoms warrant evaluation by a neurologist. Just in case it is due to dehydration, drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

: Most  likely inner ear otolithic instability,  which could be tested  by an  otolaryngologist.  If  this is not the answer, consider paroxysmal vertigo of migraine, dehydration, postural hypertension.

2 weeks ago i had covid, i'm fine but sometimes i feel kind of dizzy, not like "the room spinning" dizzy but like when you are on a boat, like if i have no balance. i'm sorry i don't know how to explain. is this normal? how long does it last?

: Even though you don't have classic positional vertigo you may still have an inner ear disorder or labyrinthitis which has been known to be caused by Covid. Meclizine may be helpful. An ENT specialist or neurologist are best to consult for this symptom.

Postural dizziness : Dizziness that worsens with sitting up or standing and improves with fluids can be called Orthostatic or postural dizziness. Commonly it's due to dehydration, however certain other conditions can also be considered: Infections, POTS, medication side effects, or benign positional vertigo). There is also a form of migraine called migraine variant vertigo which can also cause dizziness with nausea.
