Not unsafe: Good for you for being concerned about alcohol. Limiting alcohol consumption is important to protect your liver, especially if you have a viral hepatitis infection. 
Heating food that has alcohol in it will evaporate the alcohol, leaving just the taste behind (like a red wine reduction sauce) so these are safe to eat. 
Some people avoid all alcohol because of triggers and should be respected.

Stay sober: Congratulations on your very difficult accomplishment. Quiting drinking is a very tough undertaking. Good news is that the liver can usually regenerate especially in a 26 year old men. Make sure to truly minimize the use of tylenol (acetaminophen). I can't tell you specific foods that help the liver heal, but a bit of common sense goes a long way.

so i had two root canals and one extraction done on my left side. it is my anniversary, and vacation time. do you know when it would be safe to have alcoholic drinks and regular food? of course being cautious still of how i eat or drink. thank you?

: The extraction should heal within 7 days. The teeth with the root canals are irrelevant in regards to alcohol and "regular food". If you are taking narcotic pain meds, it's a no go with drinks. Use your best judgement.

Yes: Beans are good sincethey are high in fiber, they help regulate your blood sugar and should not worsen alcoholic fatty liver disease. They also help to lower cholesterol by drawing bile from the liver and Gallbladder into intestinal tract as part of digestion. Best of health to you

60 grams QD or so: No sugar, keep carbs to about 20 per meal. This is the equvialent of a slice of bread or an apple, 1/2 cup of rice, 1/2 cup spaghetti per meal
fatty liver is caused to a large degree by the production in the liver of triglycerides in the process of storing sugars. Fructose is the worst of the sugars because it cannot be directly burned in the krebs cycle must first be stored as trig by liver.

# of things going on: Throwing up yellow bile can be caused by a number of different circumstances including a malfunctioning pyloric valve, a respiratory infection or excessive dehydration. 

No matter which of these conditions you think you may have, see a doctor if you are vomiting with no apparent cause.

There is no evidence: which I could find in a literature search that a vegan diet, per se, is healthier for people with cirrhosis, but it is undeniable that a plant based diet is better for all of us, and limiting animal proteins is good for both us and our environment and its sustainability. However, with cirrhosis, protein needs to be markedly limited (to 40 gms or less), animal or plant. Get to a healthy weight.

stinging sensation behind both earlobes right at the top of jaw bone. mostly happens when i drink alcoholic beverages and sometimes when i eat.

Pain behind ear lobe: May be temporal mandibular joint pain(TMJ)  or may be from teeth grinding or may be tooth ache or ear fluid  Would follow up with  dentist and ENT or assess the symptoms.

GERD: Your symptoms may be a variant of gastroesophageal reflux with water brash or acid brash and this not only irritates the throat but may cause serious damage to the esophagus. I strongly recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for evaluation and treatment. In the meantime avoid nicotine, caffeine, smoking, oily and spicy foods, aspirin and anti-inflammatory medications like Advil &amp; Aleve.
