iget shaky/nervous and dizzy when i skip a meal.same happens in stressful situation at work etc.pls tell me if not thyroid what could be causing this?

Two issues?: The latter issue you described could be part of your stress response during stressful situations.  The former could be reactive hypoglycemia - very common when you eat a meal with a higher sugar content and then don't eat for a while; the blood sugar falls giving you symptoms.  Not dangerous, but doesn't feel very good.  This could be what's going on.

YesYes: You may be suffering from hypoglycemia and it ius best to learn to check your sugar at si h a time. You should eat frequently andy smaller meals.   Also avoid simple sugars.   Complex sugars are better or brown rice.

Odd combo-see Dr: The sleep issue, diet, dizziness, lbp do not conveniently fit together to give an easy answer. You need to be seen and examined by a provider who can get a good history and put the pieces together, and order tests if necessary, to see what is going on and why.

Doctor can check : A primary care doctor can check to see why a person would be tired and dizzy after skipping a meal. Healthy, normal people can have mild such symptoms from skipping meals, with the "dizziness" due to not having enough fluids to drink. Significant symptoms may be related to low blood sugar due to not eating. The doctor will need a complete diet diary and symptom diary, plus some usual blood tests.

Many things: Low blood sugar can cause dizziness but so are low blood pressures, vertigo...It's unlikely that your blood sugar is low "during a meal".  Best to do is to check your blood sugar and blood pressure during the time of dizziness to see if one of them are truly the problem.

I have no idea.: Perhaps the act of chewing causes a blood flow problem through some "steal" phenomena. Perhaps you hyperventilate when you get the opportunity to eat. Maybe you are waiting until you are hypoglycemic before you decide to eat. Maybe you have lightning fast reactive hypoglycemia that resolves within a few To be on the safe side I'd skip the first few bites. You seem to do fine later on into the meal

Stomach distentuon?: It's hard to know for sure, but many people do experience this. You should start by seeing your dr to make sure there is no other medical condition, such as heart or circulatory problem(rare), stomach or hormone problems. Some people are sensitive to large meals and smaller more frequent eating may help. Other symptoms such as lightheaded or rapid heartbeat with standing are often present also.

Expected: Human is not made to eat just one meal a day and thus you are subjecting yourself to bouts of hypoglycemia when without food for a long time , thus the weakness and dizziness  you need to eat at least 3 meals a day. They need not be large, just enough to cover your energy need.
