for over 2weeks  every time i eat & drink i poop a lot causing me to feel dizzy and tired. now my stomach hurts so much. what could it be?

Tough to say: Could be a stomach virus or bacterial infection, could be  ibs, could be hyper acidic condition, etc.  Get an evaluation to get the actual diagnosis and the appropriate treatment will follow.  Best wishes.

Dehydration: You can get dehydrated from diarrhea, and dehydration can lead to dizziness/imbalance.  Try increasing your fluid intake.  If the dizziness is severe, go to the emergency room.

Possible ulcer: did you take Pepto Bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) for you stomach.  If so that can make your stools black.  if not old blood from an ulcer can cause this.  I would see my primary care physician.

Lots of things: Because symptoms can range to mean different things depending on age (infant, child or adult), past history, drug or alcohol usage,  medications, allergies, attempted treatments, failed treatments, severity of symptoms, it's best for her to post or for her to see a face to face physician.

Need good physical: You will need a comprehensive physical examination with a history by someone will be able to spend more time working this up if the er can't find an acute or life threatening type of issue.  Labs are often normal in cases where rapid onset of changes take place.  You should get a family practitioner or internist to sit down with you to really ferret things out.  Stay well hydrated.

Diarrhea: Diarrhea with blood can be secondary to dysentery, Inflammatory bowel disease, regular diarrhea and hemorrhoids, diverticulitis

You need: to have this evaluated ASAP! Bright red blood can be a symptom of a number of conditions benign and more serious!!! Dizzyness may mean that the bleeding itself is becoming symptomatic. Get this checked out ER or WALK IN UNIT is appropriate!

Circumstances?: In your other question you indicated there were circumstances to the onset of these symptoms.

Headaches and dizziness occur together often, the itching is not normally associated with the other two.
