If so....seek medical evaluation ASAP!
If not sound like a mild concussion . Symptoms should subside gradually. If still symptomatic by early next week seek medical eval.

ENT?: Has your girlfriend been to an ENT specialist?  The dizziness may be to a sinus infection or an inner ear issue.  There could be a tmj/tmd component, but i would want to know the potential cause, duration, and a thorough history.
