A checkup with your primary care doctor to discuss and check things like your blood pressure would probably be a good place to start. Check level soon!: Lithium can have some serious side effects especially when the level becomes too high.  If not done recently bring these symptoms to the treating doctor's attention very soon and have your level checked to eliminate that as a cause.
