Hyperventilation?: One common cause is hyperventilation. This occurs when a person's breathing is faster and deeper than normal - and upsets their normal acid/base balance in the blood. Symptoms can include light-headedness, dizziness, numbness around the lips, and even severe cramping and spasm in the hands. It can be frightening - and sometimes it is brought about by anxiety. Holding your breath briefly may help.

Numb lips, hands,: And close to fainting.  This MAY be a medical emergency.  Please see your doc right away or go to emergency room.  MAY be circulatory issue or sensitivity to something.  Peace and good h ealth.

See pcp: Start drinking plenty of water now and get into you pcp to make sure you are not too dehydrated and they will help you figure what is going on.

See your doctor: There could be many causes of these symptoms. Your blood pressure could be dropping when you get up quickly ("orthostatic changes"), your heart rate may be abnormal, or there could be other causes. Your symptoms need to be evaluated as soon as possible.  I wouldn't drive yourself anywhere until you find out what is going on...

Nerve pain: It is difficult to say without examining but the pain you are describing sounds like nerve pain. Nerves can get pinched at the level of the neck. The chest pain may be due to referred pain from a pinched nerve as well or due to inflammation of cartilage. It can also be something more serious like a brain tumor . You need to get examined by a doctor asap to get the correct diagnosis

Proper workup: Not all phyiscians know how to do a hypoglycemia workup, either fasting or postprandial. Missing an insulinoma will kill you. Even postprandial syndrome, which this might be, needs to be diagnosed and managed. Please get specialist consultation -- perhaps an endocrinology visit is in order.

Sounds like an: Anxiety reaction. Try to find a therapist  who can help you in these situations . A counselor can help you identify the stressors and learn coping strategies  so you don't get the physical sensations.
