is it normal to experience dizziness after a seizure?

Yes.: Seizures are sort of like an electrical firestorm that spreads through the brain. Symptoms afterwards can include muscle soreness, confusion, and tiredness. Dizziness would also be a possibility. People often feel back to normal within hours, than it can take a few days to feel 100%.

i am being treated for possible seizures, i am now waking up with severe dizziness, so bad i cant lift my head, should i worry?

Seek help: I would recommend  you first see your physician to rule out medical causes. However the symptoms you describe could also be anxiety, so after making sure that there is no physical reason for your problem, seek treatment w mental health provider who treats anxiety and panic disorder.

See Someone: You may need to see a psychiatrist in order to get fixed up and back on track. It seems as though what you did really created some problems. I would make sure you don't take any other mind altering substances as you could actually become worse than you already are. Good luck.

Pre-migraine?: Many adults who had seizures as a child later develop migraine like symptoms.  Often these start as a strange head rush with dizziness and nausea.  They may get worse and more often if complicated by anxiety.  Chill out and abort the event when you feel it coming.

a lady at work has been experiencing dizziness, fainting, uncontrollable shaking, and has had a mild seizure. any ideas on what is causing this?

Dizzy: She may be hypoglycemic or she may have diabetes and needs to have her Insulin regulated.
