Severe migraines and dizziness after.?: One of the most common causes of the symptoms after your menstrual cycle is a mild anemia, or dehydration. Try taking a multivitamin during your menstrual cycle and increasing your fluids. If that does not improve your symptoms, you might want to consider having your doctor check your blood work to be sure that you are not dehydrated nor are you anemic.

Most likely, normal: Rule out pregnancy, of course.  My own take on this is that, particularly with heavy menses, there is notable amount of retrograde menstrual flow (back flow of menstrual effluent) through the fallopian tubes into the abdominal cavity.  This could serve to irritate the peritoneal lining (eliciting pain, bloating, etc..) as well as nearby bowel; leading to some of the GI symptoms described.

Was test 3 wk later?: Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time. If the pregnancy test was negative 3 weeks after Plan B, that means not pregnant... but it's fine to repeat the test after another 7 days if worried.

This can be from changes in blood pressure or how your change in position affects the balance center in your ears.   Symptoms are transient and should not linger.  If you have a headache or longer duration of symptoms let your doctor know.

Maybe, maybe not: Nicotene in cigarettes can cause many adverse reactions, ...Raising blood pressure is just one.  When you stop, it is possible if your blood pressure goes down, it may cause minor dizziness.  Rest assured these symtpoms are temporary and will go away.  Stopping smoking is important, so stick to it!  if dizziness persists, than seek medical attention to find another cause.

No: However many women get premenstrual symptoms a few to several days before menses like pm depression pm bloating pm fluid retention. There can be any symptom premenopausal including dizziness. If it is too bothersome you may gynecologist help
