Anemia, low BP: The symptoms you describe are most commonly due either to low blood count (anemai) or to low blood pressure.  You should check with your family doctor to get these evaluated.

Blood flow!: Decreased blood flow to the brain can cuase these symptoms.  Usually exacerbated when changing from lying or sitting position to standing. You may have a problem with your vertebral basilar arterial system.  You need to see an ophthalmolgist or your pcp.

Not quite: First, why would a person have an oxygen saturation monitor? Secondly, the pulse increase from 75 to 140 is a big jump, which suggests that the person might not be getting enough blood flow upstairs quickly enough. A visit to the doctor can help sort things out.

Tizanidine: is a centrally acting Alpha 2 agonist that is known to cause    orthostatic hypotention even in low doses (2 mg).  I rarely use it in individuals who are not wheel chair bound with MS. You need to have your blood pressure and pulse checked in the upright and supine position with and without this medication.  Ketamine is a hallucinogenic anesthetic popular in Rave Culture. See a neurologist.

Increased = ceased: Your observation about the chronology of when the dizziness became worse and the increased dose likely confirm this. Contact your md if this is anything more than minor and in particular continues for more than 3-5 days.

See your PCP: You need to be evaluated for possible disturbances in blood sugar, thyroid or other endocrine problems, hypotension. Disturbance(s) in the inner ear need to be ruled out also. If there are dietary concerns you may want to consult with a functional/holistic medicine practioner.

See your doctor: This problem has to do with circulation, and difficulty getting blood to your brain and eyes when you stand up. It is called orthostatic hypotension, and needs to be addressed by your primary care doctor.
