Blurry Vision / Dizz: Many things are associated with blurry vision and with dizziness. If this happens with any frequency, best to start with an eye examination. If everything is ok, go see your primary care doctor for a history / exam. Most people think "inner ear" - not true the vast majority of the time. 30-year olds = suspect eye problems, then suspect abnormalities in blood chemistries, then suspect medication.

: It is not normal to get  vertigo, however, visual disturbance may be associated with vertigo. It would be prudent to consult an ENT doctor for vertigo.

Heart issue?: What you describe concerns me. Dizziness and blurred vision with exertion combined with cyanosis (blue color) of the extremities could indicate a potential heart problem. All of these symptoms can be seen when blood flow is impaired. Young people can have congenital heart problems that go undiagnosed for years. I would recommend you see your primary care physician asap.

Yes: All the above symptoms can be caused by a sinus infection. See your md if your condition isn't improving. Sometimes antibiotics need to be prescribed.

Go to er: If one has multiple persisting symptoms of concussion and has not had good medical evaluation - having symptoms evaluated by a physician immediately and without delay would be strongly indicated.  While these symptoms are common in concussionit is important to get medically cleared as there is always danger of a hematoma.

Pre Syncope: Presyncope  feeling dizzy and near fainting episode can be caused multiple reasons includes  anemia , hypoglycemia , dehydration, arrhythmia, certain cardio vascular and neurological conditions. Simple test like hemoglobin and ekg , finget stick for blood glucose can yield valuable information. Although syncope work up includes holter monitoring eeg and a ct scan or mri. Consult your physician asap.
