i use a diva cup and i dropped it in a few unlicensed toilet. i got it out, flushed twice, then had to rinse it with running toilet water and reinsert it i had no choice. what should i be worried about? the toilets were very clean and not hardly used?

: No, impossible. If you have genital area HPV, nobody will ever catch it except by sex with you. There are no known exceptions. Household partners and contacts do not get HPV even after years of sharing kitchens, toilets, towels, clothing, etc with HPV infected persons -- assuming they are not also sex partners of the infected person.

is it possible to get pregnant wearing diva cup and the pull out method? i've been crying everyday which i never do and i have no interest in food.

Pregnancy possible: The diva cup is not a contraceptive and the "pull out method has a high failure rate in preventing pregnancy; pregnancy is possible if you are having sex. The crying spells and loss of interest in food could signal depression, and they are not specific for pregnancy. Suggest a pregnancy test and a visit with your doctor.

Call your Dr.: Unusually Heavy Menstrual Bleeding can be due to hormonal fluctuations, uterine problems or misscarriage. Call your gyn Dr ASAP to discuss the situation further. If the bleeding persists past 24 hours at this rate, it becomes a medical emergency and you should be seen in the ER.

Mid-30's period ?'s: If not on oral bcp's, at 34 there is a significant increase in thickness of the uterine lining, since it takes more stimulation to make ovulation occur, with consequent higher estrogen levels.  Ask your gyn physician about low dose oral bcp's , as this will stop all ovarian estrogen production, which will decrease all menstrual symptoms including heavy bleeding.
