Common together: These two go hand in hand.  Ineffective bladder emptying, dyscoordinate voiding, bladder hyperactivity all increase your risk of uti.  Many pts also have constipation, which if untreated makes things markedly worse.  See a specialist.

Yes: If you are drinking regularly it can be common for you to urinate that frequently. If you are not drinking at all and you have to go every 2 hours I would want to see you and test your urine and perform more tests.

? rubbing urethra: You may be rubbing against your urethral opening, this can cause pain or burning on urination.

Depends: Its hard to answer this question without a good history and physical and some tests. This could be secondary to infection (although unlikely if years), obstruction (cystocele, primary bladder neck dysfunction), behavioral, medications, and neurological. This are a few general answers on the differential.

Cystoscopy: Can be helpful in understanding recurring vs incompletely treated cystitis.  Largely depends on how far apart your infections were and how well documented they were with cultures. Also, not everything that causes red or white blood cells in the urine is infectious.  I would encourage you to have the cysto, especially if its a flex cysto in the office with local anesthetic. It's brief and simple.

Yes: Yeast infection of the urinary bladder acts just like bacterial uti. Frequently, yeast causes both vaginitis with local irritation and itching along with bladder infection (UTI) with burning and frequency.

OLLHNRUBTI?: What does that stand for? In any case if you used a condom proprerly it is unlikely to have contracted an STD.    However, not a bad idea to go to the doctor and have urinalysis done and also GC/Chlamydia testing.

Stone or UTI: Pain radiating from the groin to the back is common for both urinary tract infections or stones that are blocking a ureter.  Irritation causes the frequent feeling of needing to urinate.  You should stop by a clinic for a urinalysis to get a diagnosis.  It's quick and easy.  Hope this helps!

Lots of options: A yeast infection is pretty likely, but there are many more options. Too dry, too long, too rough, penis too big, vagina too small, sex under water, infections, etc. If the problem does not resolve, it is time to call your family doctor.
