Chest discomfort: PInpointing the cause of chest discomfort, especially in women , can be tricky. The possibility of heart disease is a concern, so best to see a doctor for examination and appropriate tests.

Needs evaluation: This could be nothing, but any change in a breast especially when accompanied by armpit discomfort where the nodes from the breast drain into, could be a sign of breast cancer.  Do you also have breast cancer in your family?   If your symptoms have lasted more than a few days, especially if lumps are present, then you should see your gynecologist for diagnosis.

See your doctor: Most likely, this is nothing concerning, however with chest discomfort, cardiac pain is always a concern. At 26, your chances are extremely low. That being said, a visit to your doctor for an EKG is very reasonable, and will help your piece of mind. Hope this helps!

i have a lot of fat on the sides of my breasts/under armpits. off & on i experience discomfort on either side then it goes away for a few weeks then returns. no masses felt and pressing on it doesnt make it worse. main exercise is walking?

Hard to say: If the sensation comes &amp; goes, it may be that the area is being rubbed somewhat when you swing your arms during walking. You might consider trying a different type of bra which has broader sides &amp; softer material.  
   If you do feel a mass at some point or there is significant redness, or pain that does not go away, definitely need Dr exam.

i am overweight and have a lot of fat accumulated on my sides (under armpits next to breasts). off and on i feel discomfort on both sides. during my annual gyno appt i mentioned it & dr said she did not feel anything. what could be causing discomfort?

Lateral chest pain ?: Pain on either side in the underarm areas may be muscular in origin.  At age 32 , it is unlikely to be related to cardiac or tumor causation.  Exercise which is more than usual can cause muscle strain .  More information is needed to make a certain diagnosis.

my baby is 4 days old , from birth hes had thick green mucus stools , he is both breast and bottle fed , he is passing stools that look like scrambled eggs and seems to have some discomfort, is this type of stool normal or could it be the formula?

Sounds ok, and...: Babies older than a week should have yellowish poops with the thickness of mustard or thick spaghetti sauce. Breastfeeding babies can have even looser poops. Formula-fed babies have firmer poops, but poop that holds shape would be too firm for the first 3-4 months of life. Poop gets darker, with brown and green colors blended in, and also gets firmer, as a baby gets older.

The symptoms described above may be encountered after use of this medication. Vaginal bleeding is usually in the form of spotting. Unresolved symptoms or heavy bleeding should be discussed with your doctor.
