Depends on the level: It depends on the level.If it is very low you need to load up with vit d 50000 units once a week for eight weeks and after that a maitainance dose of 1000 to 2000 units daily.

Deet: Is toxic. No greater than 30% lotion should be used and sparingly and less than 10% in children. It should not be applied to your face. If your asthma is triggered by scents, it would be possible to have a reaction.  So it sounds like too much. All the best.

Sore wrist: Head to the nearest er or dr office and have  x-rays done to make sure nothing is broken

can have trainers tape the wrist for cheering.

Physical therapy helps if covered through insurance.

Ingrown hair: May be helpful to clean daily with Phisohex or Hibicleanse.  If problem persists talk to your doctor. Treating the problem similar to acne using tretinoin or topical antibiotics can help.

You can use it : But I don't find creams on nails particularly effective.

Flouride : Normal applications of flouride will enhance the hardness of the enamel. I am assuming you mean traditional flouride applications like in varnish form or tooth pastes.  Flouride is toxic and is generally a bad idea to be ingested.

No: The adult tdap is actually a lower dose of antigen than that the dtap used in babies and younger children.  It is thought that the dose has to be lower for older children and adults to avoid high fevers and possible seizures.

Fine to use baby pro: You may use baby products.  Usually baby products have less perfumes and scents and are generally less allergenic.
