Only Temporary: The good news is that the dimple will return!  the anesthesia numbs not only the  tooth but also the  surrounding facial muscles and as a result your dimple does not form.  Once the effects of the anesthesia wears off,  your facial muscles will return to normal.

Varies: A common form of sacral dimple is the tip of the tailbone is in contact with the skin. That type tends to be benign, but can fill with debris and hair and get infected.

Probably not: In general, postsacral dimples are found in babies and are related to a coccyx that is retroverted.  I believe you probably have a pilonidal sinus.  This can drain, get infected and lead to further issues that need to be addressed.  I would recommend that it be evaluated.

Pilonidal disease: Usually means that you may have had infection at the base of the dimple resulting in granulation tissue that bleeds when pressure is applied. See a surgeon. Excision can cure issue.

Depends: Depends how deep it is and how hirsute the patient. If a baby then how hairy are the parents? A deep sacral dimple may predispose to pilonidal sinus disease at a latter age if the person has a hairy backside.
