Anticoagulation: The furosemide and digoxin do not cause nosebleeds, but anticoagulation (which you don't list but is strongly indicated for a 91 yo with hx of AF) DOES! If the bleed is life threatening, the only recourse is to stop it. If it's minor, treat it with phenylephrine nose spray and a humidifier. An ENT exam is indicated-cauterization may fix it.

Stop it: Just stop it. But why were you on it to begin with? You shouldn't stop a medication without letting the person  who prescribed it know what you're doing - there may be important reasons you were on it and a substitute may be necessary/prudent.
