IT IS DIFFICULT TO ADAPT LIFE STYLE CHANGES, BUT IN MY OPINION WEIGHT LOSS IS 80% WHAT WE EAT AND 20% EXERCISE/ACTIVITY. START WALKING FOR 60 MINS X 5 DAYS/WEEK. I AM A HUGE FAN OF FRESH SMOOTHIES AND HAVE ONE CHEAT DAY/WEEK TO ENJOY MY RESTAURANT MEAL.

Stress can cause ED whether from job, money, family, relationship etc. So can tobacco, excess alcohol plus other recreational drugs. Some medications don't help. Poor health such as obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol can also cause ED.
