No One Knows: A good question! at present there is no understanding as to why certain infections trigger life long immunity such as chicken pox and some do not such as strep throat.

Hoarseness and pain: Laryngitis is associated with more hoarseness or lack of voice while strep throat is usually more associated with pain and trouble with swallowing and sometimes some hoarseness as well.

Cold vs strep: Colds are usually caused by viruses and cause running noses and sore throats, although cultures are negative. Strep is caused by a bacterial strep germ and needs to be treated with antibiotics.

No: I would not take both. Speak with your doctor that prescribed the antibiotic for the UTI and tell them you are already on a zpack or vice versa.

hello,recently i started to have fever(37-38c) and  kind of "funny throat" feeling, to which i am wondering if it's sore/strep throat or something different. i think i spotted one white spot in one of my tonsils when i used the flashlight to inspect?

Some possibilities: Throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor (call first) if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly. COVID-19 infections tend to have cough, whereas strep usually lacks cough but has more throat pain.

Fifths : Fifths disease is a common, relatively harmless viral infection - most often seen in kids and characterized by red cheeks followed by a lacy rash on the arms, legs and body. Some people will also have fever for a day or two. It typically resolves on its own without treatment. The only time we really worry about this virus is if it infects someone who is pregnant or someone with a chronic blood disease such as sickle cell anemia, thalessemia, or spherocytosis. The virus can stop the bone marrow from producing red blood cells for a short period of time.  This does not usually affect a healthy person, but can affect someone who's red blood cells are not normal in the first place.  I attached a website with more information about fifths disease. If she has a chronic blood disease, if her paleness continues, or if she is acting sick at all, give her doctor a call. Good luck!

URI: Likely just an upper respiratory infection. They are usually caused by viral illness. The treatment is rest, NSAID or acetaminophen as needed for sore throat or fever, increase fluids and possibly salt water gargles/ throat lozenges as needed. If no better in 3-5 days, speak to your doc. Strep can be tested for in office with a  swab. It usually has fever, stomach pain and headache as part of it.

i have read that if you tough strep throat out your body could build up natural immunity. what are the pros and cons of not treating strep throat and likelihood of contracting other infections ? also how likely is it that you would build immunity?

Strep: If getting strep at your age, you must still have tonsils. If having 3-4 strep infections per year or if strep interfering with work or personal life, time to consider tonsillectomy. Immunity issue probably not applicable, unless you are immune deficient.
