Many possibilities: Bowel pattern can vary quite a lot, so this may be normal for you. If you have any degree of abdominal pain a pattern that waxes and wanes may suggest irritable bowel syndrome. As long as you are not having any bloody stools, fevers or weight loss it is not likely anything serious, but a visit to your doctor should help better identify the cause and appropriate treatment, if any.

GI symptoms: There are a number of possibilities including yeast infection or other parasites.  It is important for you to see your doctor to rule out other medical conditions.  You also need to be able to absorb nutrition and your situation may be keeping that from happening well.  Peace and good health.

Diet related: Skip the juice. Increase soluable  fiber  and water. Use a barrier ointment to the diaper area to hale prevent skin break down.

It depends: on what the source of the bleeding is, and how much blood you are seeing!  If you are over 40 or have any family history of colon cancer it might be "bad", but even young people can have problems like hemorrhoids, ulcers, fissures, diverticuli, or colon polyps.  Since I don't know your history or age, or risk factors, it is best that you see your Dr to identify the source of bleeding!

Possibly: If damage to the sphincter occurred, control of gas and or stool can be a problem. Best to avoid anal sex. The anus was designed as an exit, not an entrance.
