Probable hemorrhoid: This sounds like a typical hemorrhoid. Take a look with a mirror:  if the lump is blue or purple, it's a hemorrhoid. But if in doubt, see a doctor to be certain. No matter what it looks like, don't try to pop it.

Small white hard: Not being there to examine you, it can be either and then again neither.  At your age, it is probably nothing malignant.  If it is concerning to you, then go see your PCP for him to have a look at it.

Different issues: The "lump" may be a thrombosed hemorrhoid or a skin tag usually associated with anal fissure. Softening you stool may help. 
You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. You may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.

first time inquiry? my female friend is complaining they may have hemorrhoids. they state what started out as a pimple next to the anus is now a 20 out of 10 for pain with numerous walnut sized tumors/swollen lymph nodes involving the entire region?

If the acne is the type that is red with large pimples and swelling around them then it the cream would help with the swelling
It does not kill bacteria on the skin like other combination acne creams and does not dry the skin like benzoyl peroxide
