Not sure: I'm not sure that women can 'lower' their estrogen levels with foods.  Your estrogen levels are most closely related to the levels your brain signals your ovaries to produce, not ingested food amounts. i have a trigliceride level of 1385. that' a jump from 185 to that in a year. the only med added was estrogen this year. i take 100 mg metaprolol and 10 mg lisinapril. that's all. can i cahnge my diet?

Estrogen : Estrogen can increase levels of triglyceride. But perhaps you gained weight over this past year. You need to be checked for diabetes too since that's very common in people with trigs this high. You will want to stay away from all alcohol since that definitely increases trigs.In general, low fat diet and weight loss are of more importance than low simple carbs. You ought to get checked out pronto since trigs this high can increase the risk for pancreatitis. We usually start meds (lovaza, Fenofibrate or sometimes niacin) when trigs are this high. They can be stopped if diet/weight improve matters substantially.

No diet...: ... changes are sufficient therapy.  You need progestin therapy, close follow-up, or possibly surgery.  Do not take any supplements that can contain estrogen.

Anabolic steroid: Dianabol is a brand of Methandrostenolone (http://www.rateadrug.com/Methandrostenolone-information.aspx) which is banned by FDA for use in States which is a moot point since you're in Sri Lanka. Aromatase inhibitors are used to reduce estrogen levels but there is nothing to "protect" the liver. Bottom line, you need to discuss your concerns &amp; needs w/your Family Doc in your country.

See surgeon: Gynecomastia in an adult needs to be removed once it is established. If it occurs in a teenager then waiting a few years will sometimes result in reduction in size. If Anabolic steroids is the cause then going off steroids forever is necessary because it can recur even after surgical excision if they are continued. See a plastic surgeon for a consultation.
