Tb meningitis: If you have TB meningitis affecting cranial nerve functions...Double vision and vertigo, it will likely take months to perhaps get some recovery.  It is important to consult your neurologist, because some forms of TB do not respond to standard medications.  He or she will need to check on your response to the medications you are getting.  Do not delay doing this, since the disease may progress.

Should improve: Age a big advantage and in spite of small strokes, which can be seen in multiple brain infections, should see steady and gradual improvements over next 12-18 months.  The brain does have capacity to cope, recover, and establish alternative pathways.

Not sure: It is really almost impossible to say not knowing the extent of the injuries.  In general the brain takes a long time to repair - 6mo to greater than a year. 
Never underestimate the repairing abilities of the human body.

No special diet: Follow the diet that doctor recommends for other associated conditions e.G high BP or high cholesterol or diabetes. Otherwise brain hemorrhage by itself does not need any specific diet.

Forgive my frankness: Diabetes and tuberculosis are both extremely serious and the idea you have that food choices will cure either of them, or that anyone here can diagnose the cause of her weight loss, or that anyone can relate her uric acid level (which is normal but above we like to see in a gout patient) to any of this, are all badly mistaken. She's on TB Rx &amp; if still losing weight needs a further workup.

Alveolar destruction: Tuberculosis infection as any severe infection can destroy lung cels & component. Then tuberculosis can cause significan t destruction creating called cavities in the lungs.

Due to the type of organism TB is, full treatment will take several months and the person should be compliant so as not to develop resistance and reactivation and become a risk for others.

Very high: Pulmonary TB is curable 100 percent as long as it is not mdrtb ie multidrug resistant.

Normal healthy diet: With tb, one can eat a normal healthy diet. He can take an over-the-counter multivitamin just in case he doesn't get enough in the diet.
