No: I think that has kinda been, well, banned or something? In any event the bhcg's will not interfere with antibiotics.  We gone abx to pregnant women all the time.  Good luck with the diet, i'm not sure about whether it's banned but i think it got some bad press.

See below: If you are having diarrhea from antibiotics, i would eat yogurt and take something called florastor. Floratsor is a probiotic which will help replenish beneficial bacteria in the GI tract.

I would stop it.: Let your doctor know you are on the diet.  If you are taking drops or internet product i would recommend stopping as that won't work.  If you are taking injectable and you have an infection, it might be best to stop to let your body recover, as the ketotic effects may interfere with the distribution and effects from the medication.

A little: Due to the imbalance of healthy bacteria killed by the antibiotics, you need to establish good bacteria in the colon. There are foods that can help do this in addition to the brat diet.. Whole wheat products, bananas help for short chained fructooligosaccharides which promote the growth of healthy bacteria in the colon and reestablish the balance between yeast and good bacteria.

YEs: Bananas- have fiber which will help soak up some of the diarrhea liquid
White rice- cooked of course
Applesauce- has soluble fiber which also helps bind the stool
Tea- try decaff - you need fluids- water or decaff tea, You dont want the caffeine- cause it makes you urinate- and that is dehydrating, and the caffeine can also make you cramp and worsen the diarrhea

after i'm done w/ 10 days of antibiotics for sibo, can i go back to eating a normal diet right away, or should i stay on scd while taking probiotics?

Stay on SCD: I would carefully introduce prebiotics that are appropriate for the SCD diet. Continue the SCD diet for a while symptoms improve.  When ready gradually reintroduce foods that are organic one at a time to evaluate your response to them.

how to make infected wound heal faster?i've got my oral antibiotic and antibiotic ointment, how long does it takes to heal? what should be on my diet?

Time: Wounds and how they heal is directly related to intrinsic and extrinsic factors.  The intrinsic factors that impact healing and scar formation include the depth of the injury (shallow wounds heal with minimal scarring and heal faster), and your genetics. Extrinsic factors include mostly wound care - wounds that are kept greasy (vaseline) heal way better than those that form scabs and are crusted.

i had an open myomectomy in may. had gastroenteritis two weeks after. spent 3 weeks on antibiotics. since i have had loose mushy stools. seen doctor, now on probiotics, gluten free diet. maybe 1 day a week its solid. otherwise loose. what can i do ?

: The normal bacterial population in your large bowel was severely disrupted and simply doesn't recover quickly or readily. Since you seem to be slowly improving and at least not getting worse, patience is your best option. There are many probiotic formulations and you may experiment to see which might work better for you, including dietary ones like live culture yogurt and kefir.

Poo you: Although diarrhea maybe normal the fact that you are on antibiotics might be the cause of you diarrhea . Reccomend mentioning the diarrhea to your doctor and may need stool sent for analysis.

You : You may be dealing with a colitis, irritable bowel, an unknown allergy, or lactose intolerance. I am not quite sure if your symptoms are related to the antibiotic you were taking or merely a coincidence. Regardless see your primary care doctor and possible a GI doctor (gastroenterologist) for evaluation, work up and treatment.
