A high white blood cell count is normally indicative of an infection of some sort, but depending on the level can indicate other more serious conditions.   With dizziness and light stomach pains it is possible that you have a viral infection of some sort, but it is important to have close follow up with your medical provider who can do further testing as needed.

HemOnc: An elevated platelet count of 2, 000 (thromocytosis) should be evaluated for and treated asap. The elevated platelet alone can cause your symptoms.  Essential thrombocytosis or another myeloproliferative disorder is considered and should be ruled out. Additional blood tests, bm biopsy and hematology-oncology consultation is required.

Continue workup: Low body iron stores, even without anemia yet, can drive platelets up here and make you feel crummy. "Blood infection" is extremely serious. The rest may mean nothing. You have a right to insist on a complete explanation from your treating physician.

Pyelonephritis: Kidney infections at your age are commonly due to passage of infectious organisms up the ureter into your kidney which sounds like it has happened.  This is a serious issue and may require consultation with a urologist for improved treatment.  This is not something you want to wait out - have your currently treating doctor recommend a specialist for you.

Your : Your clinical presentation is consistent with septic shock secondary to bacterial endocarditis. If that is indeed the case, you should immediately go to the hospital for additional tests (blood cultures, echocardiography) and treatment (iv antibiotics).

May need specialist: A high WBC is usually defined as more than 11,000.  There are many causes, some of which are not obvious.  Anemia has many causes other than infection.  If your physician is unable to find a cause for the anemia, ask for a referral to a hematologist, who can provide additional expertise to find the problem and its solution.

Fatigue: Unfortunately the results of your red blood cell count or hemoglobin is more important to determine if you are anemic . If you have that report so we can give an answer . The white count is not helpful in this case.
