Go to Hospital: When you are having loose stools and cramping in pregnancy, it is important to make sure that your baby is Ok and that you are not dilating. Watch for baby movements and go right away to the hospital birthing center. All will be well. It is better to be safe.

IBS and pregnancy: IBS is actually poorly studied in pregnancy. About 1/3 of pregnant women report constipation,  usually late in the pregnancy, and another 1/3 report increased stool frequency. In addition, increased stress during pregnancy can make IBS symptoms worse. Increasing fiber intake often helps. You should increase fluid intake also. If these simple measures don&#x27;t help, see your Obstetrician. Good luck.

Anything's possible: Why are you having sex at your age, and why are you having unprotected sex? Two things happen to young girls who have unprotected sex -- unwanted pregnancy and std's. Which do you want? You're liable to get both. Grow up, fast.

It may: Be a hormone imbalance but pregnancy cannot be ruled out. Recheck e pregnancy test.  If you don't have your next period in 3 weeks go see your doctor for evaluation.

Low chance: The failure rate of condoms is 12%. I suggest you take a pregnancy test  7 days after a missed period. (If you miss one).   The cramps and diarrhea could simply have to do with your eating habits

Diarrhea: If you have a normally competent cervix it should not be affected at all by cramps from diarrhea.

Other signs present?: A woman of childbearing age who has some nausea (with or without vomiting), some fatigue (feels less energetic), a sharper/stronger sense of smell, mild soreness/swelling of her breasts, and maybe some food aversions and cravings . . . Could be pregnant. Symptoms can occur before missing a period. Diarrhea can occur coincidentally with pregnancy symptoms, but is not considered a sign of pregnancy.

: Gastroenteritis is caused by an infection in the intestines/stomach. Virus can enter with food or drinks and causes discomfort for 3-7 days. Make sure you are drinking lots of water and electrolyte solutions (frequent small sips if necessary), as well as eating BRAT (bananas, rice, apples, toast) foods (small bites) because it will help your body heal faster. Avoid meds that stop the diarrhea.
