how do you preform diaphragmatic breathing?

Slow deep breaths: It is important to try to breathe slowly and deeply with the shoulders and chest staying pretty still.  That will make the diaphragm (breathing muscle at the bottom edge of the ribs) push down.  Most of the time the person will feel the abdomen being pushed down or out. This type of breathing is important for effective cough to clear mucus from the lungs.

In your age group, malignancy of the pleura is less common. In addition, a collapse of the lung is another possibility. Your doctor may order a chest x ray to determine the underlying cause.

 If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

Discuss with your Drs. You all will figure it out.
