Best to see a doctor: It is difficult to say if the dark patch will be permanent or not. It is best to see a doctor and have them evaluate your skin. It is best not to use chemicals that are not meant for the skin on your skin, especially face area. Good luck.

Dettol: There shouldn't be any adverse effect using diluted dettol for bathing even during pregnancy, (unless one is allergic to dettol)

Meanwhile, refrain from any further chemical and physical stimulation to whole genital area (of course, no sex &amp; masturbation!) for 7-10 days and see. If not getting better as expected or worsening, see Doc right away to ensure no UTI and/or STD-related vaginitis.

Just take a test: The Dettol method involves mixing your urine in household bleach. It would be much easier and much more accurate to simply take a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy. If you are pregnant then you need to see a doctor to make sure it is not an ectopic pregnancy. Pregnancies with Mirena (levonorgestrel) are quite rare but when they do occur the risk of tubal pregnancy is 25%

i saw small tear on my foreskin so i put undiluted dettol antiseptic that small portion around the tear turned black yesterday it was paining but now it doesn't hurt but it's still black. will it go back to normal.and what should i do for it to heal?

: The area should heal gradually. Do not put antiseptics on penis. Always use a cream or ointment.
