Position no help: Despite all the tales out there, there is no one "position" that will help you conceive either girls or twins. Twin gestation is dependent upon ovulating 2 eggs, and that happens days before you are in any "position" to conceive. Likewise, no position favors male or female sperm making it to those eggs. Be happy with whatever children you are blessed with and just enjoy whatever "position".

No future risk: I'm sorry that happened. Chromosomal abnormalities occur at a low rate. The rate is the same for future pregnancies.  Statistically speaking, it would be incredibly rare for this to happen to you twice. And there is no danger to your own health.

No!: Twins occur by chance unless you take medication to stimulate  the ovaries! sometimes twins run in families in which case there seems to be a genetic component to releasing multiple eggs at ovulation.

No: It is never a good idea to have rough sex during a pregnancy, especially with twins and depending on how far along you are.

Misinformed?: One should never bleed when having sex. Bleeding would be unexpected, abnormal and represent significant problems. 20% of females do not have intact hymens and thus do not bleed on their first sexual encounter. But sex is to be pleasurable, not painful and not cause bleeding.

Uncomfortably.: The few historically reported non-separated conjoined twins that survived to adulthood had even fewer instances of marriage and i can only imagine that their intimate relations were not comfortable as they could not have been private.

: You can restart egg release before periods return. That is why a number of OBGYNS advise restarting birth control or use protection before resuming sexual activity. You can certainly test again, but positive tests are rarely inaccurate.

my twin was diagnosed with breast cancer. i don't show any signs but i was to check for any type of cancer. how do i go about it.. without being poked for each type of cancer. is there a 1test that i can do that will determine if i have it or not.

Agree with Dr. B: If you twin is an identical twin, it is especially important that you be monitored closely for breast cancer, with or without the results of genetic testing.
